Looking to Donate to Camp Fatima Here is Some ways to Do Just that

Thank you for your interest in  keeping  the magic alive for some very special children and adults.  Camp Fatima of NJ exist solely on the dedication of its volunteers and the generosity of its donors.

 

We fund our programs exclusively with donations and fundraising events no one is paid and none of our families are charged to attend our programs.

 

There are several ways to send a tax deductible donation

1)Through our pay pal account (donation tab on the homepage)

2) we are also currently on Venmo @campfatimanj

3) you can also send a check donation to  Camp Fatima NJ, P.O. Box 654, Harrison, NJ 07029

 

Will Power Slated to finish the 2017 NJ marathon and raise some funds for Camp Fatima along the way

I want to introduce everyone to my friend Will.  He is one of our campers at Camp Fatima of New Jersey… Will and I would like to announce that on Sunday, April 30, 2017, we will be participating in the NJ Marathon as Willpower!

that on April 30, 2017, we will be participating in the NJ Marathon (26.2 miles)!!! Back in May 1, 2011, Anton and I (Team Anton-y) successfully completed the NJ Marathon (26.2 miles) and together we raised over $32,000 for Camp Fatima!!

This time, I would like to give another child the opportunity to experience something he might never be able to do. For the next 6-7 months, Will and I (Will Power) will be raising funds for Camp Fatima!! #WillPower #NJMarathon2017 #CampFatimaOfNJ

 

On May 1, 2011, Anton and I successfully completed the NJ Marathon as Team Anton-y!!  Together, with the incredible support of friends, family and our community – we raised over $32,000 to benefit the children of Camp Fatima!!  We surpassed our goal of $1000 per mile / $26,000!!  This was a new and exciting part of our lives.  I want to take this moment to thank my good friend, Anton and the entire Frazile Family for welcoming me into their family and taking that memorable journey with me.

 

This time, I would like to give another child the opportunity to experience something they may not be able to do, to complete a marathon.  We often take things for granted.  I assure you that beautiful children like Will and Anton embrace life and all the gifts that it has to offer.  For the next 6-7 months, Will and I will be raising funds through a variety of events as Willpower!  The proceeds will all go to benefit Camp Fatima of New Jersey.  We invite you to make a donation and follow us on this amazing adventure and other fundraising events.

 

What is Camp Fatima of New Jersey?

Camp Fatima is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian organization designed for children and adults with developmental disabilities.  The program is free to campers.  They offer two one-week sessions to school-aged children and four weekend sessions to adults ages 21 and above.  Camp Fatima is funded by private donations and fundraising activities. They do not receive any government funding and no participant is ever charged a fee to attend.

Camp Fatima believes everyone has the right to experience play in his or her lives.   They exist to provide free, quality, recreational programs for children and adults with disabilities.

How to create a profile with Camp Fatima of NJ

Dear Volunteer,

This will help you apply to our Week I or Week II Summer Sessions, and to the Adult Weekend sessions.

If you already have a profile, simply login with your password under Volunteer Sign In on the homepage and click the link you want to apply for.

If you do NOT have a profile, you must create an account for access to the applications by going to the homepage and clicking “Create New Account” under Volunteer Sign In.

If you have a problem with creating your account, please send an e-mail to: webupdates@campfatimanj.org.

(Over time, if your information has changed, please login and update your records.)

After you are logged in, you will see links on the top of your profile. Click the link you wish to apply for and you can fill out and submit your application  (Please make sure you have your insurance information available). Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from the Personnel Committee.  Any additional information needed for new volunteers regarding interviews and references will be sent in a later email from Personnel.  There is no need to mail any forms at all with our new green process!
